ACJ-LTD provides free shipping for all our photographs to customers within the continental United States. For customers outside the U.S. who would like to make a purchase, please use the Contact Us form so we can provide an estimated shipping cost.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, we will package and ship your photograph to you within three to five business days. You'll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your picture will arrive.
When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the box. Open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Take a picture of any damage to the artwork and contact us immediately. Be sure the carrier documents the damage.
All sales are final, however we do offer a full refund if your product is damaged during shipping provided you return the original item to us within 14 days and that you follow the procedures below.
To receive a refund, the picture must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, i.e. in the original shipping package, and be returned with all accompanying certificates and paperwork sent with your order.
We require that you use a trackable shipping service and that you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork (just as we shipped it to you). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return your photograph, please call us at 828.238.3657 or use the Contact Us form to send us an email. We will then provide you with the address to use for shipping.
